For over 75 years and now in its fourth generation, Goetze Armaturen KG has specialized in the development and manufacture of sophisticated high-performance fittings and valves. Under the leadership of managing partner Detlef Weimann, the family-run company has grown to over 190 employees at its Ludwigsburg location and has developed into a hidden champion with an international market.
Since July 2019, Tobias Weimann has been the fourth generation to join the management team and is supporting the successful expansion with locations in Brazil, China, and the USA.

Fast and flexible supply around the clock - even in production
Until now, Goetze employees had the option of eating at neighboring third-party companies, which involved longer walking distances. This posed time challenges, especially for production employees with limited break times.
Goetze's goals:
- The management has set itself the goal of providing Goetze employees with high-quality catering every day
- Practical solution with minimal time expenditure for employees and short walking distances
- Concept requiring minimal time investment for infrastructure desired.
The lack of internal catering had the fllowing disadvantages: use of the canteen by external companies, shift workers were not catered for due to the canteen's opening hours and time was wasted during short breaks

Foodji: Reliable, time-saving in-house catering
In his search for fresh in-house catering, Goetze has found what he was looking for:
- Visits to canteens at external companies have largely been replaced by Foodji.
- 70 employees regularly use Foodji at the site.

Foodji offers high-quality meals around the clock for all employees, whether in the office or in production. The range is individually planned by AI: rotating from a total of 300 changing fresh dishes.
Space-saving solution without investment in infrastructure and personnel: only 1 square metre and a standard power connection per Foodji.
The daily range at Foodji is as follows:
- 9 different main courses
- 10 breakfast and snack dishes
- 10 Snacks
- 10 drinks
It is refilled 2–3 times a week, depending on whether work is carried out on 5 or 7 days.
Thanks to Foodji, Goetze was able to offer all employees round-the-clock access to fresh, high-quality meals with minimal effort – regardless of their shift or workplace.
