OxyCare GmbH is a nationwide company operating in the field of oxygen and ventilation technology. Founded in 1999 with five employees, OxyCare has grown to a team of over 250.
OxyCare supplies around 180,000 patients in their home environment with high-quality equipment and suitable accessories every year. In addition to sales, the company offers comprehensive services such as repairs, maintenance and a technical emergency service.

At OxyCare, daily meals consisted mainly of food brought from home or trips to the supermarket – neither of which were particularly convenient and often time-consuming. Added to this was the stress of everyday working life, which left little room for relaxing breaks. The result: irregular meals, frequent fast food and generally unbalanced lunch breaks

Foodji: Less stress in everyday life – flexible catering solution for everyone
The introduction of Foodji has brought about lasting improvements to everyday working life and break-time culture:
- Approximately 130 employees regularly use Foodji at the site – there is no need to prepare meals the night before.
- No more trips to the supermarket – the time saved can be used for relaxation
- OxyCare subsidises all employees, thereby creating tangible added value on a daily basis.
Foodji enabled OxyCare to introduce a practical solution—without the need for staff or infrastructure—saving time while maintaining high quality.
‘Our employees' initial reaction to Foodji was overwhelmingly positive. They were delighted with this new benefit, even though there were some doubts at first as to whether the offer would really be taken up. Today, we can say that the scepticism was unfounded. We currently use two Foodjis – one in the office and one in the warehouse. Dishes such as wild garlic pesto and kebab wraps are particularly popular.’

Foodji offers high-quality meals around the clock for all employees, whether in the office or in production. The range is individually planned by AI: rotating from a total of 300 changing fresh dishes.
Space-saving solution without investment in infrastructure and personnel: only 1 square metre and a standard power connection per Foodji.
The daily range at Foodji is as follows:
- 9 different main courses
- 10 breakfast and snack dishes
- 10 Snacks
- 10 drinks
It is refilled 2–3 times a week, depending on whether work is carried out on 5 or 7 days.
